Welcome to Utah!
Well, we made it safe and sound back to Utah. The trip took 2 and 1/2 days and went very smoothly. We were set to leave at 5 am on Jan. 11th. However, Carson woke up at 2:45 am throwing up so we let him get the bug out of his system and rest up more until about 10:00 am. It worked out great to relax a little longer with Benji's parents and to miss the morning rush-hour traffic. We drove late into the night until we reached Childress, TX where we stayed in a motel for the night. The next day, we hit the road at about 8:00 AM with McDonald's in our tummies and drove all the way to Moab, UT to spend the second night. Poor Carson had no idea why he had to spend hours each day strapped down in a seat. Finally, on the 13th we drove 4 hours and made it to Bountiful in the afternoon. A storm was set to come that night so Benji and his wonderful friend, Josh Corbridge, did an amazing job unpacking the whole truck and putting it in storage for us. It was not an easy task, but they didn't even complain.
We are excited to be here and to see the Morrison clan and have a white winter, but we also miss the King crew and are grateful for cell phones and email to keep in touch. We're truly blessed to have so many family members who have helped us more than they know through their generosity.
What's next? Good question. Our future is pretty wide open, but we are working on narrowing it down. We'll keep you posted as it develops.

I have been wondering how things were going for you guys! Glad you made it to Utah safe and sound. Filling up those Penskes is painful, isn't it :( Keep us updated on life!
Glad the trip went well for you. We were worried it was going to be rough with Carson being sick. We hope things begin to fall into place as you make decisions for the future. We love you!
I cannot believe yall are gone! You will be so happy you have those pics of "Carson's first house" later on :) Sad to see yall gone, please know you will be missed and maybe just maybe one day we can take a visit to see yall!
