Here they come! It was quite the introduction and then they rose up to the stage from a platform.
Here they are towards the end of the concert :(. They were all in matching Boston Celtics jerseys.
On Thursday my cousin flew in from California to go to the New Kids On The Block concert last Saturday at the E Center. Benji and I went with her and we had a blast! I was way too young to ever be into NKOTB, so I was just going for the experience. Benji, however knows most of their songs from his childhood with older sisters who were into them. (he liked 'em too) He caught me up before we went on some of the most popular hits from back in the day. They sang lots of classics like Hangin Tough and Step by Step, as well as their new singles. It was so dang cheesy and so funny to see all these grown women screaming their heads off over these five 40-year old men who were singing and dancing on stage. But I will say that I got into it a little too. Ever since then, I've been listening to their songs online and looking at their website. And when it was all over, I'll admit, I was kinda sad. Thanks for coming and getting us to go with you Mags--it was so much fun!

I remember being in elementary school when they were popular, I always pretended I liked them even though I had no idea what any of their songs were. I've heard some since then and I bet it was a fun concert!
I would have been all about that! Totally would have been one of those cheesy women in the crowd. Is Jordan still a fox? While y'all were rockin' it at NKOTB, I was at mom's stressing about the LSU game. Until the 4th quarter at least, then we kicked some hiney! Go Tigers!
